| This car just grew into the envisonment. Daubed with graffiti and supporting a feral bush it hung around for many years. When the Council employees finally decided it should be removed the local citizens objected vigorously saying it was a work of art. Switzerland has a strong tradition of community participation in decision making so the car stays. |
